Now a Professor of Molecular Neurobiology, Sarah Lummis first joined King’s on a Junior Research Fellowship, a four-year position that provides gifted academics a chance to establish their careers. Sarah has been a Director of Studies to King’s Natural Sciences students for over 25 years, while her lab in the Department of Biochemistry explores channels in neurones, facilitating more effective treatments for disorders such as epilepsy and Alzheimer's.
