Rebecca Kilner (KC 1993)

As Director of the University Museum of Zoology, evolutionary biologist Rebecca Kilner looks after a global collection of more than two million zoological specimens that help our understanding of animal life on the planet. She is the tenth holder of the University Professorship in Zoology since the establishment of the post in 1866, principally working on animal behaviour and evolutionary change. Rebecca studied for her PhD at King’s.
