In 2016 Rachel Jupp was appointed Editor of the BBC’s flagship current affairs series Panorama, only the second woman to hold the post in the programme’s long-running history. Before that she was Head of Home News at Channel 4 News and Deputy Editor at Newsnight. Today, when she’s not looking after her three boys and three cats, she provides executive editorial support across all of the BBC’s TV, radio, children’s and sports programmes.
